DESIREDQUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor'sdegreeincomputationalandengineeringsciences(e.g.,computerscience,computationalbiology,electrical engineering, biomedical engineering) or other related fields.
• Experiencewithsignalprocessingofmedicalimaging data.
• Experiencewithordemonstratedinterestinneuroimagingtechniques.
• ExperiencewithNeuroimaging(FSL,SPM,AFNI,orequivalent)software.
• Experienceusinghigh-performance computerclustersandbash/shellscripting.
• Experienceindatascience,statistics,optimization,machinelearning,and/ordeeplearning.
• Experiencewithmachinelearningframeworks (e.g.PyTorch,Tensorflow, etc.)
• ExperiencewithStatisticalsoftware(R,SAS,SPSS,orequivalent),andothercommonprogramminglanguagesin neuroimaging (python, MATLAB). Prior experience with R is highly recommended for data analysis.

• Bachelor'sdegreeoracombinationofeducationandrelevantexperience.Experienceinaquantitativedisciplinesuchaseconomics, finance, statistics or engineering.

• Substantialexperience withMS Office andanalyticalprograms

The expected pay range for this position is $82,468 to $106,256 per annum (within 10 Bay Area counties) or $54,763 to $83636 per annum (all other regions). Stanford University provides pay ranges representing its good faith estimate of what the university reasonably expects to pay for a position.
